Whenever I try to do something out of my comfort zone and end up not doing it, I always fell into depression. Then I’d be happy and motivated by thinking “im gonna change” and then the cycle would repeat itself, I’d get depressed. But I can truthfully say that once I listened to this and learnt about meditation and what not, I felt so empowered by strengthening my mind. And still to this day, meditation has helped me achieve many things. So to anyone who scrolls through the comments and sees this and is in the position I was in. Don’t give up, it will take time, but eventually you will arrive where you want to be 🙂

~2 Years later, and this keeps bringing me comfort and peace, to all loving people i wish you serenity and a lifetime of clarity and happiness, i can’t explain the feeling i was going through and the loneliness i had the moment i wrote this, but today i have a loving Fiance that helps me, appreciates me, and regularly gives me hope. I slept so much better last night. I had a stroke last year, and sleeping has been very difficult. I have only one sleep position because of the paralysis. I usually wake up about every hour. And then it takes me 10 to 20 minutes to fall back asleep. But last night, even though I woke up about four times I went right back to sleep. I slept longer and deeper than I have in a very long time. I like that it is continuous for 9 hours. Im in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Thank you. 😴😴💕💕

Hi i know how you feel because i had a heart attack 2 months ago and because they damage my leg nerves after catherization am dealing with to much pain special nigth time , so i fall sleep for 4 hours and them i waick up easy and take hours sometimes for me to go back to sleep 😣. I was so stressed out thinking about what's going on but I kept a quiet smiling face but once I listened to this song I cried. It made me realize and know that it's ok not to be ok. I'm human too,I have emotions too. It helped me relax ❤️ Thank you for this video guys,it really helped me.

Most amazing, beautiful music, like a tranquil soothing experience of one of all of its own. I turn on this music at the end of the day to fall asleep, me and all my kitties find their special place and we all settle down and go to sleep. It gives all the kitties a special time to stop playing and relax their souls after a long say at play, as we all nestledown to fall asleep at night. I time to somber, a time to reflect, a time to share a peace of what togetherness is truly all about. I was very ill in Jan 2020 I listened to this every night for 16 days. I recovered. Yes It was 19 anyway since recovery I never stopped. I love this sounds and sweet support of fellow listeners. All my love and well wishes to you. May Gods peace rest on you!

This is one of the best ones. I have extremely noisy neighbors above who somehow never sleep through the night so I plug in my headphones and turn this up loud in my ears and it does the trick. I can finally get a decent nights sleep. Thank you
