BURGER BUN RECIPE.
400 ml warm milk.
200 ml warm water.
40g sugar.
11 g dry yeast.

Mix everything together.
Sift 950 g flour.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add flour in parts.
The dough is very soft.
Sprinkle the table with the remaining flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Dust a baking sheet with flour.
Place the dough balls on the baking sheet.
Dust the dough with flour.
Cover the dough balls with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out dough balls with a rolling pin.
Dough diameter 37 cm.
The dough thickness is 0.7-1 cm.
Layer the dough.
Roll out the dough a little with a rolling pin.
Dough diameter 40 cm.
Use a bowl to cut out buns from the dough.
The diameter of my bowl is 11 cm.
Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Leave the rolls in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Sprinkle the buns with white sesame seeds.
Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
The buns are ready!
