for the first time in my life, i’ve actually kept up with an exercising routine (i’m coming up on about a month now :D) and i just noticed that i’m starting to get results!! i’m able to walk for 30 minutes straight without having to stop to catch my breath (which i haven’t been able to do since i was a kid) and my stomach is a bit smaller!! not really an evil victory, but i needed somewhere to celebrate lol-
