Years and years later I still find myself listening to this performance and all her songs. Alice is a goddess whose voice and looks melts my heart, stirs my soul and I am just so mesmerised by her. I love listening to her sing one of my very few favourite artists.

I don't understand why they didn't give her the golden buzzer after that song. She said she had stage fright but her performance was stunning. I'd buy her music on any platform. Truly amazing.

Wow!!! In the past 10 years I've come back to listen to Alice sing this song over and over again! The way she moves it's like she becomes the song! WOW! It’s now 2023 n I watched it for the first time 3 weeks ago! Now it’s like I want to hear that voice every day. I’ve heard the song before but NEVER, EVER, has it captured me with the way Alice sang it. She could sing that behind a wall or so I couldn’t see her but OMG she just swept me off my feet with the way she sang it. NO ONE HAS SANG IT ANYWHERE NEAR AS GOOD AS THIS WOMAN. I’ve madly searched for her music n sadly, only found one album from 2017? What’s happened to Alice. She has the ultimate female voice. I loved her album “ under the covers” so where is she now??? I check this video out a bunch each year. she was incredible in this performance. love her voice from an emotional level as well as a tonal and technical level. i really dig when she goes into her vibrato. her voice gets more narrow with her spectacular vibrato and intensity. it's a very unique sound and delivery. also, her intimate vibe where you feel like she's almost whispering in your ear has serious impact and is so visceral.

Just such a special performance. She sings a song that came from a 1937 musical. Covered by many famous jazz musicians(Miles Davis, Chet Baker) in the 50s. Nobody sings that song in these competitions. She made it her own! The quality of the performance. Her beauty, her innocence. It was incredible.

I give this performance a perfect 10, it doesn't get any better, she really nailed it.

I saw her on a different show where she sang the Lady is a Tramp and right away I knew it was the wrong choice of song, but I knew better because when I heard her sing this song was the first time I've seen her and spent listening to her for hours and agreed when someone stated she should sing one of those sexy James Bond movie songs!
