@@blake6380 not one business they are making a tour in all the dessert shops and bakeries in the country or in the capital and shows what they sell and how they do it.

My problem is all cakes have no flavoring, like lemon. Pineappme, banana, all are just cake slathered in whipped cream (with sugar added which irritates me cause cream doesnt need sugar. Cream is sweet by itself, adding sugar you may as well use cool whip!) And fruit that looks not ripe, just like speed ripened. Yuk
