Very nice but not lining the handle up with the 45 degree center slats would make me crazy! My eyes are irresistibly drawn to that inconsistency.

Great work. One question, why did you colour the wood? It looked great in its natural pale tone, pity it was altered.

Think he used a marine varnish and that is why it darkened, helps hide the pallet wood origin.

Love the design, hate the color. It looks like bright Orange with pear walls and floor. I either would have gone with a White drift wood look, or a really dark wood stain.
