These videos are addictive! These guys are so clean, disciplined and work without making a racket or unnecessary yelling on the work floor. When I'm watching I can't help of thinking of the logistics the person who owns this factory must have gone thru...how many whisks? How many whisking bowls? Pans? How many 8" 12" etc...a homebaker like me thinks of these things😄 ..washing up after baking is a pain!

Hey Sanaya, while what you said is true, I can add up some information to clear your confusion, since I own a plant that operates on the same scale like this video more or less. Everything, right from the number of mixing bowls, the machinery, the pans, the trays, the equipment like knives, other cutlery, piping bags too is planned by professionals. Even raw materials, production process and finished goods also are handles by professionals. Recipe is tightly controlled. It remains a secret. Quality testing is done for each batch of cake after it comes out of the oven and before being released for sale. It’s a lot of work. But beautiful work.

I like watching them. The lack of automation is amazing and they use natural products. Still after seeing how much the food is handled and the amount of sugar in them I could never eat them. They are to me, just a work of art.
