These guys and girls where getting cleaned up like they were going in to perform surgery on a patient. I have such a high level of respect for them

the beginning of the video made me forget that this was about cake mass production because it looked like they are going to perform a surgery, i really appreciate the cleanliness they maintained, it should be everywhere in fact.

I am so impressed that this kitchen has taken the time and the effort to be so hygienic, especially with Covid floating around.

See how they clean up before they start? This is what all culinary staff should be doing before they handle your food, yet half of the people in this industry don't even wash their hands before touching your food. When I was in culinary school, I'd see people leave the washroom without washing their hands all still in chef uniform. I'd see people picking their noses during class and then continued prepping food. Once a girl in my culinary class side I washed my hands like a doctor. My reply was, this is how you're supposed to wash your hands. - did she think doctors get special germs or something?
