The border is governed by federal law. In order to change what's happening at the border you have to change the laws. It's congresses job to make laws. If you want a 30 foot fence on the southern border congress has to pass a law appropriating the money. The mess at the border is because of Congress!

Certainly, union construction workers are aware of the efforts of Donald Trump to keep them busy. Once all of the trials against Trump have been completed, many new prisons will have to be built to house Trump and many of the people who previously worked for him.
