he's practiced a lot with the one handed lifting, getting the proper balance is the main key and he's done it so long he can do those 1 handed lifts very well.

I wear baggie clothing to the gym to look as small as possible then hit the deadlift as hard as I can for two sets of four and people look flabbergasted..... It's kind of silly the way girls will start running their fingers through their hair just because I'm lifting 315+ but I'm short and the baggie shirt allows me to look skinny and small to pull off my own Anatoly. Although unlike Anatoly my head looks like it's going to explode like from that movie Scanners.
