Actually he is a Singh from Punjab, India. I recognized from his arm ring. They always been respectful to everyone and always help the needy. I have heard that in India if any girl who feels threatened and she see Sikh person. Immediately goes to them for help and just to feel herself safe.

Actually he doesnt really crush egos, he more impresses people with something they havent seen before. A genuinely strong guy without the bloated waterpacks all over his body. Everyone is impressed and excited to see his performance.

Empecé a entrenar a los 20 años, aunque no de manera profesional ni rutinaria, mi trabajo lo impedía, y he entrenado muy esporadicamente en mi vida a mis 47 años, y hace uño sentí que ya no valía la pena, comencé a beber y a ser más flojo, y hace meses todo cambió, descubrí a Anatoly mi ánimo y entusiasmo regresaron, he vuelto a ponerme de pie otra vez , gracias Anatoly, más personas como tú nesecita el mundo, sin dejar pasar por alto a la buena gente de éstos talleres de la salud física y mental. ❤✌

I started a couple of months ago, it's really fun, I recommend. Realtalk it's more fun than it looks. All these dudes going on about "PAIN WORK HARD HUSTLE OHH YEAH SO HARDCORE" makes it seem like weightlifting and training generally is torture, but I was surprised to learn that it's really not. The gym is just a big playground for adults.
