At the time I thought it odd if she is well enough to perform but well enough to be on her own. Everyone that did this to her should have their freedom stripped for 13 years.

This happened in 2013; the conservatorship was public knowledge since the day it went into effect. I knew about since it was put in place on Friday February 2008. If I knew about it, Andy knew about it.

Especially someone like her that has a lot on the line to loose including her image wich is still hard to save when someone has an illness like that.
