Apple AirTags have to be one of the most interesting products I've come across in the last few years. Their application goes far beyond a basic "lost key finder" functionality. With the addition of AirTag Sharing in IOS 17, they've become even more useful.

We have one in the car too.... my wife loves the sharing feature - she now no longer gets the "An airtag is tracking you!!!!11" message every time she drives somewhere :)

Excellent, I shared a few of mine yesterday and will do a few more. We badly need to see the tech in major electronics that people use like cameras, e-bikes and other smaller common accessories such as bike computers etc. thanks for the video

Not sure whether it's YT or your set up but the sound on your videos sounds quite muted recently. Like it's coming from someone wearing a mask, seems to have a lot of base resonance.

I apply a few filters to it to stop the echo from the room. I'll look at tweaking that a little.

@@gplama The X won't support iOS 17 :(. But I did manage to share an AirTag with MacOS instead.

Not that's compatible with the Apple Find My Network. There has been some interesting additions to more recent Android devices for anti-stalking with AirTags though.

That's a good question. I'm not sure, we're all IOS 17+ here.

They are very useful. I have them on a lot of things. But having 2 lost from family members, i can attest, no one will “find” them to give back to you.
