Just wanna share a story that happened ingame, on free-for-all mode: Sandstorm's rolling in, and I'm in a Porc hauling full cargo down the canyon extraction (northwest) path. Big problem is, there's an unknown rage 5 camper guarding that exit. Was about to approach the canyon when I crest a hill and right in front of me was a Boar, also hauling ass towards extraction! I swiftly skid aside so my side and gun have clear aim, and after a short exchange of bullets the Boar lost their gunners. I was thinking of putting them out of their misery when I spotted the rage 5 in the distance, camping mockingly near the lip of the extraction zone, deepish inside the canyon. A plan formed, purely on instinct. Instead of killing the Boar I just drove past - I was focused on tracking the rage 5 (it was another Boar) and finding an angle of approach that the rager can't see. I didn't know if the wounded Boar knew what I was thinking, but they played their part perfectly: becoming the decoy. They barreled straight towards extraction and distracted the rager just enough that I could swoop in and shoot the rager's gunners out. The wounded Boar drove past the rager and made their exit, while I finished off the rager and made a clean getaway with full rage from the dead Boar. It was just spontaneous. No communication between any of us, no chats, and just flowed swiftly enough. Magical stuff, I tells ya.

I just love how every time you're playing together, Jim just gets into character every single time and holds it even through contacts with the enemy. It really makes the whole experience better.

Yes, different type of vehicles have different exit-points. Not sure if if this is to prevent exit camping - cuz trash players do that regardless - or just to make it difficult, but at the end (when u only have 1.5 min left) all exits points are open! And the upgrade system is like in WOT (AKA u get a similar yet different version of said vehicle). So after this u can play "Crossout" with a few months of experience worth...

so the grind on this is not near as bad as previous events. After a couple days, I have unlock 3 of 4 playing off and on. TIP: save your armor loot, and upgrade the boar. You should easily have enough other parts to go right into nest upgrade, a 360 recoilless rifle. Makes getting rage token a whole lot easier. The first radar upgrade is worth while, as you can spot, with scope or binocks loot laying around. The second one shows you killed vehicles, but no grantee that they will have loot, or a rage token on them. Lastly watch for campers on way out. May become real problem by end of event.

I personally like this event because, lm doing it just for fun I don’t care for the rewards. It’s really fun for me! Plus the vehicles being upgradable and getting new weapons is really cool and I like a lot. So, for now every April fools event I’ve played for War Thunder has been cool and fun for me!
