The little birdy you've been hearing from is right. I do need some relaxation. Being able to breathe is helpful, but the amount of focus it takes to breathe while working has gotten higher as I've aged. I sometimes get the sense the anxiety is winning. But every time you look at me with that warmth you always have, I take more oxygen in and I feel better.
