the fact that we got a little bit of a double take when she asked if we're well rested was really funny to me, she asked and I out loud said "oh, never" and the immediate look back at me through my screen was palpable

ruling out any potential medical causes first and then trying habit changing would have saved me so much time, every sleep specialist I went to tried to insist the habit changes first and then only a few years later did I learn that I have POTs, which insomnia is one of the side effects of :/

Absolutely loved this!! So relaxing but also the photos and maps to add to the realism. It makes me want to take a trip to Europe so bad. (It also surprised me when I looked into it that the drive from Rome, through Pisa and Florence and stopping in Venice would only take 8 hours. I just had a trip where driving alone was 14 😅)
