Face brushing is one of my favorite relaxing triggers when I want to slowly ease down and relax to sleep. Also the book sounds were so tingly I love listening to them they added more to the relaxation for me. I also liked the comfy, cozy ,and chilled setting you are in here it makes it more easier to relax with you and fall asleep. Please do more videos like this one in the future 😴💤💖
