You're gonna laugh, folks.... and yet it's true! Making this soup for the third time this week. It's hot outside and my husband wants it hotter and lighter 😜..... Thank goodness you my good ones are sharing AMAZING recipes in the comments👍 Today, your soup!
I needed:
1.5 - 2 liters of broth - meat or vegetable, cooked even on cabbage ( steamed leaves for stuffed cabbage) - also delicious, because the zest is not in it ( not in the broth)
2-3 c.l. of vegetable oil - for all frying, I tried to use as little as possible, although I said in tablespoons - minimum oil
20 grams of butter for frying potatoes
3 pcs. large potatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
1 sweet pepper
120 ml. of sour tomato morsse or a glass of tomato juice
