I want to see the 17 inch version of this laptop reviewed because it comes with a few significant perks: Dedicated Number Pad Larger Screen Better cooling Which are all particularly important for me as someone who has to spend about half their time or more away from home, but still needing an incredible machine for both working and gaming.

That key may be "Gimmicky", but it adds a sense of occasion. If the settings can be tapped to resolution, monitor, and overlooking settings then it's a fun way to switch between mobile and docked at home.

Boy do I love looking at things that I can never get. Great video btw.

I have been binge watching your gaming laptop vids mainly beacuse I am selling my pc for a gaming laptop for I find it nice that I can work on the couch or smth when im tired, and game when i feel like it. Loving the content.

"When your are right handed ... you have to route the cable from the left on the back of the device" I think its a great feature to have ports on the left, because you can have your mouse closer to the right without getting the cable on your way every time you swipe your mouse to the left. Ive had a laptop with usb ports only on the right side and I was hating it.

For a while I was going back and forth between this model and the RTX 3080 ROG Zephyrus Duo 15 SE. In the end I went for the Zephyrus Duo due to the better thermals and I don’t regret that decision at all. It arrived on Tuesday and it’s an absolute beast!!!

I'm happy that ASUS finally almost returns to a normal keyboard layout, at least on this particular model, despite leaving 1 key space between the right ctrl and left arrow. And that PrtSc, I prefer having it on the top row instead.

98C on CPU.. After a year it's probably gonna trhottle like hell anyway.. My Zephyrus is a little over 1.5 years old now and on really intensive tasks it goes all the way down to 2 Ghz CPU clock wich just makes it trash as it heavily bottlenecks the GPU. I'm never getting a gaming laptop again.

Been waiting for this, I got my 3070 strix scar 15 the day it came out, I love the keyboard, feels like no other laptop and I love it. I went with the 3070 and the 5800h because no1 thermals, aswell as the same TDP between the two chips, the 5900HX has overclocking potential but with the thermal limitations of this laptop, I would never take advantage of it. Also the keyboard is not as loud as you might think from this video, it’s definitely louder since it has a click, but it’s not crazy loud like MX blues or razers greens or purples. All and all, this is the best gaming laptop I’ve ever had, and the screen is phenomenal (1440p). That is also why I wasn’t sold on spending more for the 5900HX because games are less CPU dependent at this higher resolution. Another thing he didn’t touch on in this video are the speakers. The speakers are PHENOMENAL for a gaming laptop, even rivals my 16 inch MacBook Pro, since there is downward firing speakers aswell as speakers faced towards you under the screen.
