That was in college. And 99% of those players he played against didn't make it to the NFL. Yes Barry was awesome. But his NFL career is what matters. If i'm not mistaken multiple players have had better seasons in college since Barry.

You know what else? Barry did it in less games. Say what you will dude , but Barry Sanders is the greatest running back that I've ever seen. It could be easily argued that he's the greatest period .

Optimus Prime you are mistaken. No players have had better seasons in college. And he’s easily the best rb of all time. He had +1000 rush yards every year he played. that’s 10 seasons straight with 1000+ on the LIONS who had no one else on their team. Emmet had the best team in football with hall of famers on the line, Larry Allen, Troy, Irvin, Haley, and deion. Emmet wasn’t half as good as Barry.
