5 Months between seasons 1 New vehicle 3 New guns 1 New gadget 2 "New" maps one of which was already in the game 57 New SKINS THIS is the problem. Adding more skins than actual playable content is so frustrating, especially after such a long time in between seasons. This game is a hollow shell of what was especially the destruction. If you haven't already, go play the older BF's like bf4, bf1, or bf5 . THOSE are REAL battlefield games. This is beyond a joke at this point

It wasn't good marketing to say 2 new maps when it's really one with a rehash. They'd have got a better reaction saying one new map and just released the stadium as a bonus.😮

Kind of disappointing one of the two "new" maps is just the stadium that we lost from hourglass. Hopefully they spruced it up like they did with a lot of the other maps though. Also I'm guessing it will be 64 players.

They should've added every other weapon from Portal into all out war. With attachments and unlockable skins. Yes, even the ww2 guns.

The visual recoil change seems great, BF always had issues with your bullets being fired in a "cone" instead of exactly where the sights are at the exact time the bullet was fired. Always felt like I missed shots because of it.

Jack, the LMG looks to be either the FightLite system you mentioned or the Ares 16. The Ares 16 is what the AWS in BF4 was based on even though they didn’t implement it correctly. Both systems allow you to replace the upper receiver on your AR-15 with a belt fed upper. You can then either use your standard mags or use the mag well to fit your belt box and feed the belt through the receiver.

As much of a joke it is put the stadium back in the game, as a 'new' map, it may turn into a great CQB setting

I feel like in the stadium map, half of the stadium is going to fall down make new access points. If did did this with good destruction mechanics, I feel it would be insane.

The destruction was one of the first things that really stood out to me in the trailer and I can't wait to see if it's legit

I got an Xbox one x in December and started playing again. It’s actually enjoyable now. Only thing I can’t do on a controller is snipe.

Looks like were not even getting both maps on this season update. Looking at the note next to the new Stadium map and new bomber and LMG. It says coming in a future season update.

I don't understand why they don't bring Bandar Desert map from BF3 dlc Armored Kill. One of my favorite BF maps ever + they don't need to remake anything.

Really unfortunate that camouflage goes cod/fortnight instead of functional. I'd love camos that make sense like forest multicam in the forest, chocolate chip/desert marpat for desert, etc etc. Someone watched the episode from family guy about the VC lookin for soldiers... no one's lookin for clowns

AK5C is the first weapon I played with in BF4 and how I began my BF mental illness 😍 actually happy.

I recently downloaded BF 2042 and been having a blast, I haven't played BF since BF 4. Done with mw2.23 until next season at the soonest possibly until Gulf War. Fortnite is so much fun this season so much fun I can't even remember why I even stopped playing Fortnite like a year and a half ago.

Yeah I definitely wouldn’t call the stadium map “new” but I personally like the idea of it. Close quarters maybe like operation locker

I've been dying for an urban map in 2042 and the AK5C was one of my favorite guns in BF4 so I'm super happy with this update. Can't wait to try the stealth bomb too if that's next season. Personally, I think it would have been cool if 2042 had urban maps that were the size of 144 player maps. Like imagine if Seine Crossing and Metro were in a single map, with big levelution and helis that wouldn't dominate the entire map, just a section of it at a time.

As an old gen console player, I felt pretty pissed and sad that I never got to play stadium on hourglass as it reminded me of the stadium from Warzone 1. Now I'm overjoyed that it's coming back. Thanks Dice 😁🙏👊

"Labor of love" you say? Where the hell have these destructible maps been during this entire game, on top of the plethora of classic battlefield features that should have been present from the start. Still can't believe anyone defends this company anymore. Not only that but the live service they keep pushing is just a big scammy cash grab. Only 30 standard rewards and about 70 premium awards? My ass. Everyone already spent 70 bucks on the game and thats not good enough apparently. Remember when things like these used to be free with a little in game grind? Stop supporting EA and other AAA companies like it. They're contributing to dirty business which effects a lot more than just the gaming industry. There are many other indie devs out there with innovations beyond belief, those are movements worth supporting instead, since they actually care about the player base and the things that they make.

Not a lot for the wait but... yeah. Having the HK433 Assault Rifle would have been amazing tho, not sure why its not in the game yet... (remember MW2019's Kilo 141 ? Thats my boii)

Ok the missile the drone fired looked to be some kind of cruise missile because when it hit the target it caused a massive explosion. And it won't be called Radar Guided Missile because they already have a missile with that name so it might get called Cruise Missile.

I enjoy this game and may even redownload to check out this new update but every time I play it, there is this weird rubber band issue I get a lot. It's not the servers or my internet, it feels like it's the game itself and I have checked about every graphics option that could possibly be the case. Sometimes it's the game freezes for 1 sec and then everything moves forward quickly like the game hasn't rendered enough.

New Haven map actually looks fun! Wonder how many buildings will be destructible? Stadium was fun so I’m glad they brought it back and possibly revamped a bit. Very weird they called it “new”, but no wonder we only saw previews of Haven before this and not the second “new” map
