I've seen few comments saying that Gaga wasn't the best camp there because critics said it wasn't legendary enough. Honey, critics declared some of the MOST BASIC looks I've EVER seen on this Met Gala the best and legendary. Do not listen to critics. Camp was basically created by black drag queens in response to what critics were pushing as the best fashion in mainstream. Critics have the least to say in there.

Lady Gaga is so genuine, she understands the theme and takes it into her soul, and she treats her team with respect. The Kylie Jenner’s vid was the complete opposite, all about me me perfect ME and gives off the synthetic vibes. And I think it’s so sweet that the one MET Gala theme that represents Lady Gaga the most, she chose to be dressed by her long time designer friend Brandon Maxwell. She trusted him with her vision and his IG post dedicated to her afterwards was so touching that I could feel their friendship reflected in mine with my best friend. Lady Gaga is a true gem
