You need to let your steak rest at room temperature seasoned for 30 mins before cooking it. I cook my filet in a cast iron skillet heated at 400 degrees sear on both sides then put in oven at 400 degrees for 8 mins. Then take out put a pat of butter and put a pinch of French Salt Fleur de Sol and let it rest for 15 mins. It is the best!

I have been watching your videos since the Ghost van days before you moved in to your Tiny House. I loved watching those Ghost Van videos; but I am also happy for this new phase of your life. There is nothing wrong with those Ghost van days; I just like your ability to transition, new challenges, new adventures and new things for you to teach your audience

That sounds great. I know when you did your solar array installation video that helped me a lot to visualize the designs I have on paper; especially how you mounted them using the clamps. Thank you for all you do@@TocciTours

The work loft is my fav part!!! And the Murphy bed idea is great, I totally agree with that concept of separating day/night space… and only using your bed at night for sleep why waste the space the rest of day!!!

In regards to your bed, I'm not an expert, but I did do some study in to good sleep many years ago, and YES using a bed as just a place to sleep is vital as bad bed association (reading, watching tv or a phone/tablet) is very bad for a healthy sleep cycle, as you teach your brain the bed is a place to think and be mentally active, when your brain should shift in to sleep mode the moment you get in to bed. this is just one aspect of thing you can do but it's a good start.

My preference is different. I say that because I feel we all have different want and needs. All depends if I’m living full time or just adventure van. For a van and for me I rather something more compact so a 144 sprinter or short transit and I’d sleep side to side to save space for rest of layout. I’m also 5’8” on a good day so like I said it depends on you. If I was closer to 6’ I might think differently but I’m not so I can’t say what I’d like if 6’

I'm Proud of you... "I'm not too smart about cooking" usually translates to Medium or Well done (heaven forbid) That steak looked good, just too damn small, I'm on the fence about Brava, mostly because of price but it is a highly rated device, I'm definitely a food guy, (cooked for Gordon once, it's a story I'll tell you about some day, huge funny) also, Thanks for the tour of the home, I know you're familiar with the sliding walls guy, that is what I'm leaning towards doing in my tiny, I'm in my 50's not saying a gal might come along but do I want or do I need that ??? anyway.. We'll see ya out here in Cali

Ranges between 1600-2000 watts depending what it’s doing. It’s infrared cooking so little faster and I’m told better. My friend nomadic customs puts them in a lot of their vans with a 3000 watt inverter and it works well

yes and no. The issue that I have is you have all that clutter everywhere that drives me crazy. But that's me. lol. Extremely well-built but not my design.

AGREED. There’s a difference between good and bad design; form and function; and taste. The clutter is wild and That paper file thing/ printer set on the top of the Murphy bed frame kills me. Not to mention the loft desk….😵💫

Clutter? Hmm i guess I could see some saying there’s clutter but I don’t think there’s much. Am I perfect? Of course not and never claimed to be but saying clutter I think I was just thrown off by. The other person saying something about the paper file system I’ll agree with as it kills me too but I needed something for a quick fix until I do something else. Before I had really bad anxiety with how bad I had things stacked by my desk. To each their own I suppose
