+philip jones I know what you mean and completely agree at the skill shown in this mix. But Im gutted that you started your "hair standing" at 29:30 - thats after Orkidea! Thats like the single best arrangement of musical notes man has ever come up with.... ....... well, its pretty damn good anyways, and certainly the most hair erecting track in this mix I reckon :) Peace.

Do not dishonor the youth, yes, many of them is worth to be dishonored, but not all of it as you are implying it ( yes, you are implying as you are far more superior than any kid out there in your text, or at least you have that idea, but do not fully express it in your text - but I did spot it). I myself are the prime example of what I am stating. You have almost reached your apex in the living, but I have not even come close to it and I am confident that in terms of knowledge I overthrow you both or come close to it. Sure, you lived far more than I did and thus you may be more experienced in things I never even stepped my foot in, but in global terms - I am more sophisticated. There are far more factors that I am superior in than you guys are, but I will not state it here, as you may get offended. To see only imperfection in a group is to be false. As there are always those who are standing out. If you are still not convinced - I am from Lithuania, a country you never ever heard in your life and I speak five languages. Take care, old doggies and never ever assume that kids are not able to reach your level.

I tell people that my guilty pleasure music is trance and techno. They look at me funny and I tell them, hey we all have our type that no one else understands. This just stimulates and relaxes my mental health. It eases the problems and keeps my focus in tact. Certain types of music have that effect on us individuals. This is mine!!!!

when i hear continuous tracks like this i am in the zone man. i can listen for hours and hours while doing whatever i.e. work from home and get so much more done than at the office without any music, or while taking a long road trip sure makes a 5 hour drive seem like nothing at all. the emotional flow is just undeniable feel good time. may edm / trance music live 4 ever!!! i think if some people were to listen to this music continuously and really feel how good it does our insides, there would be less violence in the world.

Once in a while, a golden nugget can be found on the Tube - and this is one of those occasions. Excellent choice of tracks and editing. Beautifully melodic. Makes a change from those dreadful mixes/compilations by wannabe bedroom DJs who list their entries as "Best".

whenever it says The "best," it's obviously not or nowhere near the best. its so difficult to find decent trance, I find myself going through loads of listing, listening for a while, then onto the next etc etc etc... I listen to trance for a reason and it's that reason which means it has to be bang on otherwise it's pointless listening to it. No time for tuneless, bassy, shallow shite mixes as you say by bedroom DJ wanna be's....

Hi Phoebe. Nice to meet a trance connoisseur appreciative of well formulated and assembled tracks without all that awful “remixing” that often takes place on so many tracks and compilations. The proof of decent trance is when tracks can be played in the presence of previous non-trance followers without them grimacing. I am 52 yra old mid 20s , 30s and 40s lived the great momenta of my life in Miami listening to trance when Tiesto, PaulOakenfold and so many others just were starting the Trance era..George Acosta at Shadow lounge in Miami Beach. And my favorite place Club Space.. great memories.. now I mived back to my country Nicaragua and my kids love trance...they have become trance troopers

I'm not sure if I would like trance if I hadn't been clubbing in the late 90s, at 4am on the dancefloor eyes closed this music takes you to another place. Its so pure.

Couldn't ever see myself at such places but the best club has to be UKposts and the best part it's free lol and I can party at home and have my own drinks etc or whatever without some twat wanting to cause a fight etc

I'm 24 and still have such memories, because there are many "techno" clubs having a trance floor. way better are open airs and for sure there are also many drugs but nvm I didn't need it or take it

I've never liked nightclubs but I've always loved Trance. I used to listen to the Ministry Of Sound episodes and I've listened to Armin Van Buren's "ASOT" shows a lot too. I just love how Trance makes me feel, I don't need other people around me or drugs and alcohol to appreciate my music.
