Better than any CAKE! A chic cheesecake without baking - a minimum of fuss and your time!
To make your orange jelly cheesecake without baking:
*** Mold diameter 20 cm
Cheesecake base:
Sugar cookies - 200 g
Butter - 50 g
Milk - 1-2 tablespoons (optional and if necessary)
Creamy cheesecake layer:
Cream cheese - 400 g
Sour cream 20% or fatter - 150 g
Sugar - 110 g
Dr Oetker Vanilla Sugar - 1 sachet
Jelly - 1 package (diluted according to the instructions on the package)
Mandarins - 2-3 pcs.
1. Grind the cookies into small crumbs. Add melted butter. If the crumb is too dry, you can add a little milk. Put the crumb in a split form, tamp well. Put in the freezer while we are doing the creamy layer.
2. For the cream layer, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Place the cream cheese over the cookie base. Put in the freezer for 20-30 minutes, while we deal with the third layer.
3. Pour the jelly with hot water according to the instructions on the package. You can use a little less water than indicated on the package, then the jelly will be denser. Let the jelly cool to room temperature. Put any fruit on a creamy layer, pour jelly on top. Put in the refrigerator (not in the freezer!) For several hours until the jelly on top is completely solidified.
4. When the jelly is completely solidified, you can take the dessert out of the mold. Gently go over the edge of the pan and take out the cheesecake.
