No problem here! I just turned 65, have two dogs, and I do a lot of walking and I work part time because I want to!! I've gotten healthier in the last 5 years because I made the time to take care of me!!

I'm 62 . That's some of the best advice I've heard about staying fit and young . Absolutely agree with what you said about getting outside and being active. Thanks for another great video .

Diet matters. I made a dramatic change iin my diet. I went from 33 VA prescriptions drugs now down to two. It makes a difference. Its miraculous! I can move a lot better!!

I'm 46. I'm physically handicapped. I haven't been able to work since 2012. I'm on disability. But I still try to at least get out in my yard and do stuff and stay at least somewhat active. If I can do it...almost anyone can, but I admit it isn't always easy. I hope to plant my garden in a couple weeks if it dries up enough for me to plow and get my rows ready. It's too wet right now. It's raining as I type this, but I'm on my covered porch grilling chicken. Get up and move people

Love this advice. I never thought I’d feel that kids shouldn't be allowed phones until lately. They aren’t making real connections. I believe in 20yrs it will be looked at like how our grandparents looked at smoking cigarettes. They didn’t know just how bad it was.

Just wish he didn't run so soon. Also I got robbed of my car keys and phone at an outdoor mall and was screaming for security for help. A dad and son come running with big smiles to video tape me. Finally a couple came and called 911. I can only imagine that video is on UKposts with a different title. SMH

To the point of people feeling sad, back in my day we would go knock on little Johnny’s door to see if he could come out to come play. That was social. In today’s world, we think being on Facebook and getting a like is being social. The irony is that you feel like you are being socialized by all this typing and communication by computer. But in reality we weren’t built for computers. I want to look you in the face while drinking my coffee. I want to laugh and grab your hand. But you will never see that anymore . I’m also gonna point out that we never had school shootings in the 80s. It was just unheard of. So what has changed in our environment for this? I really do blame social media. It was one thing to be bullied back in my day, but now you can take a humiliating video and completely destroy these children. And these children all have phones that they just mindlessly take videos of these kids getting hurt thinking it’s funny. I agree with everything that you say , really great channel.
