I'm so happy I saw an interview of hers years ago where she said that she wanted to make people feel something with her songs. When I heard the album for the first time with headphones it was like so in your face you cant help but notice everything. Amazing job really

I always tell people that I found the chorus part "soothing" rather than "uncomfortable" like she said she was going for...but when she said "miserable" as how she wanted to describe it, it sparked my thought to realization that it is miserable, but not uncomfortable to me because I feel normal and natural to feel miserable and sad and get scared when I start to realize that I'm feeling comfortable or happy...

What this song means to me: My family has been dealing with drug and alcohol addictions for many years and this song was accurate to how I felt going through that time period and as I’m still going through that time period with no one to explain it to me 😭❤️
