As for the justices saying they didn't want to hear about the facts of THIS case, it's because in the course of their questioning it had already been made clear that the acts alleged in Jack Smith's indictment were NOT official acts, that they WERE personal acts and therefore WERE subject to prosecution and NOT acts that could EVER be considered immune from prosecution.
