🍲Borsch with garlic donuts
🍲Borsch:
5 L (169 oz) of water
700-1000 g (35 oz) chicken (chicken, rooster, veal or turkey)
200 g onions (7 oz)
200 g carrots (7 oz)
300 g bell pepper (10.5 oz)
200 g beets (7 oz)
400 g potatoes (14 oz)
700-800 g white cabbage (28 oz)
300 g tomatoes (10.5 oz)
2-3 cloves of garlic
salt
peppercorns
20 ml vinegar
dill
parsley
vegetable oil (for frying)
🍞Pumpers:
150 ml (5 fl.oz) milk
150 ml (5 fl.oz) water
20 g (0.7 oz) fresh yeast
10 g 0.35 oz) sugar
50 g (1.8 oz) eggs
450 g (16 oz) flour
5 g (0.2 oz) salt
30 g (1.6 oz) vegetable oil

🍲Cook borscht.
1.Send meat to a saucepan, fill with water, put to cook on medium heat, remove noise from broth during cooking.
2. Add the peeled carrots and onions to the pot. Leave the broth to cook for 1 hour.
3. Bake peppers and tomatoes in the oven at 200 ° C (392 F).
4. Prepare vegetables: peel and dice potatoes and onions, carrots, beets into strips, chop cabbage.
5. Add vegetable oil while continuing to knead.
6. Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover with cling film, put in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
7. Knead the dough and shape into donuts. Place the donuts in the mold.
8. Cover with cling film, leave for 30-40 minutes in a warm place.
9. Send the form with donuts in heated up to 180 ° С (356 F) (with blowing) for 30-35 minutes.
Make a garlic spread.
1. Chop the greens finely, combine with vegetable oil, salt and add chopped garlic. Stir.
2. Lubricate hot donuts with a spread.
3. Cover the donuts with cling film for 15 minutes.
