Outside vehicle starts catching the inside vehicle on the turns because the banking. Thats what makes these races a little more even than people think. Inside gets a shorter overall distance but outside line is able to carry a higher speed into and out of the corners. I could see the BMW winning inside maybe. I did not think the escalade would win going on the Inside.

@@LivingBGLegend Yeah they are nice. I've been in the V Club for 3 yrs and they hosted a unveiling event in Dallas. I wanted one, but the starting price pushed me away. I was also let down with the power level... and the difficulty to tune new cars. If they ever find a way to hack them and easily tune or easily tune them, I'll more than likely be hopping in one myself. Tapout Tuning does have a JB4 module they use to tune the new CT4 V BW, so maybe someone will be able to use that technology for easy tunes on these new cars that are impossible to hack.

@@electric8668 it kinda does, because the inside car can't make the turns at the same speed as the outside car who has the luxury utilizing both outside lanes. If I were to run 2 of my cars (RX7 FC & E39 M5) I would prefer the RX7 on the inside and the M5 on the outside as although the M5 is faster in a straight line run, it isn't as agile as my RX7.

Even though the outside lane is a definite disadvantage, that BMW driver took those turns just a little bit too wide. His SUV has excellent traction, so he could've chanced digging deeper into those turns, either by turning sharper while slowing down or maintaining momentum at a certain speed while turning the same way he was turning in the video .
