Imagine that Mercedes and Lamborghini had engines of 4l volume, Ford of 5.2l volume and Cadillac 6.2l. I'm surprised they didn't include Toyota in the competition with a 2l engine. However, the Ford engine has a 1.2l larger volume than the Mercedes and Lamborghini, and the Cadillac even has a larger 2.2l engine. Competition in the rank of super heavyweight in boxing against middleweight. In motorsport, the volume of the engine and the number of cylinders are determined.

Also, Cammisa mentioned in the Carmudgeon podcast that they use the highest testing standards to achieve their results, like adjusting for temperature, tires, driver error, and other variables (the same standards he used at Car and Driver). While Carwow just does it more for fun; street race style. Makes me appreciate Cammisa's content even more.

Yes, he's wrong: weight really *_is_* in fact the enemy of speed. Just compare those behemoths with something with the equivalent engine but 1 ton less weight...let alone 2 tons less weight!

@@ThunderCat730 It's always the dumb people that complain in these videos. It's pretty complicated to put together a schedule where you've got 6 rented or borrowed cars, let alone 8 or 10. I mean just once, I'd like to see the people who complain put together a video that's better. As an aside it's odd that every mentioned vehicle in this particular thread so far has been a Stellantis product. Jeep, Dodge, Ram - you guys running a commercial in the comments section?
