Hi. I don’t normally do this but I came from a dysfunctional household. At the age of 19, someone introduced me to a Buddhist chant. Nam -Myoho-Renge-Kyo. It helped me see myself more clearly and achieve many goals. I was able to harness my energy into positive action and felt unstoppable. I overcame so many hardships. I’m doing exceptionally well now. At 56, I’m retired, very well off and happy overall. My greatest joy was raising 2 very gifted young men. I was able to sort out the negative mental effects of child abuse and neglect in my early twenty’s. The chant helped me to do that and is necessary to function properly in this world. Emotional wounds from the past (from your parents or from your loved ones) can sabotage your perspective of the world and relationships. When one chants this repeatedly, the tongue hits the upper palate and creates a vibrational effect on the head and the chakras. This effect changes your frequency, and soon you draw to yourself better and more positive life experiences. Like attracts like. Look it up and try it for yourself. Your whole life can unfold so differently than it is now. You don’t have to believe in Buddhism but you do have to try the chant to see for yourself. All the best to you!

That's a great idea... if you speak it, it shall be... organize worldwide handpan meditations. I believe there are some groups whom have organized worldwide meditations where folks meditate simultaneously in public and private spaces. So it is possible to spread the love in places like hospitals, recovery centers, community centers, and the like. Just giving a little inspiration to make your wonderful idea come to life! Ase!
