I think you mossed the point of this. AE has an automatic tracking tool. In blender you have to do it manually

To summarize this process. On AE you will do camera tracking, then create planes, planes usually are the floor and walls, or some other none moving surfaces on the footage. From that you will have a camera and planes that can be exported then imported to blender. Now on blender you have the camera with its movement, and planes. You can now add a character(for example), standing on the plane. Then you can animate your character walking/doing stuff on that plane. You can also add some other objects like rocks, trees, whatever you like, but it should be on the plane. You said that you changed the location of the mesh, I assume you moved the plane. Rendering it and importing it to the scene in AE will make it NOT aligned on the footage's floor(assuming you moved the plane you created for the floor). Also, another thing, make sure that they have the same frame rate, the one that you edited in blender and on AE. Finally, I think you should also try to use the camera tracking inside Blender. I hope it answered the question. 😁

@@JMAnimated thanks for your explanation and your time, yes, all the process is ok , only if i change the position over the solids in Blender, when i return to AE it floats, if i don't change that it's ok . On the other hand, i can't track good enough in blender, always give an error cuote over 3.5 or more !!! i am so try to track in blender and never get a good tracking

Thanks. I think there is no problem in frame count in the whole process. I tried to do it again and it works fine. same number of frames from AE to C4D to Blender. Maybe I should show it in the next video. thanks, peace :)
