I mean I think Cap’s OG suit and the Iron Man suits were also quite comic accurate, and in some cases, like with Black Panther, the live action suit was just straight up better than the comics. Also I know people complain about Spiderman’s costume, for good reason, but just look at that thing. It’s gorgeous, and everyone really needs to appreciate the fact that the eyes adjust to show his feelings like they do in the comics. Pure gold. That said, I love this live action suit but I also think that both the live action and the comic suit it’s based on are both too bright and garish. Imo, the Falcon suit from episodes 1-4 was the best suit Sam Wilson has worn, both in live action and in the comics.

@@maximillion322 I totally get what you mean there, but I still wish Black Panther would get the cape in the films, Spider-Man's suits are also amazing. And the Iron Man MK 85 took heavy inspiration from his original comic book suit. But comparing the Sam Wilson Captain America suit to his comic suit, it probably was one of the most comic accurate suits. If the wings were on his arms, it'd look even more accurate.

@Mike Garay Well that’s just the writers trying to justify this tokenism. They demoted the first black superhero with his own persona. It was lazy in the comics when they tried to push this and it’s lazy now. Not to mention that storywise it seemed to build to Bucky taking the mantle (which still isn’t good but makes more sense due to him being able to actually use the shield, having the serum and all. Made no sense that Walker and Sam could swing it and catch it. And I do think one should respect how the original creator intended this. Steve is Cap and Sam is Falcon.

@Mike Garay It’s the exact same thing here. There was absolutely no indicator of Sam ”taking over”, unlike with Bucky. So Bucky didn’t have those qualities? Did he not fight side by side with Steve for his country? What happend with ”til the end of the line”? And again why can’t Sam evolve as Falcon, you know - be his own hero? He’s a badass character. But none other than Steve is or can be Cap. But at least, like I said, Bucky would make sort of sense. The show could have, but chose not to. Honestly Bucky has been getting the short end of the stick.
