Let's be real though, you got a 23 point setup with 4 uncontested settle spots. A 4-11-9 and 11-10-3 left in the middle of the board for the road player, which is also you. OP is completely justified in saying it was a free game.

If you want to focus on thinking this game was just a layup free win against mediocre players then you won’t learn much. If you want to focus on the strategic nuances of conversation, trading/tracking plays, and decision-making details, you might be able to walk away with helpful insights that improve your game. I can point to at least 8 conversational tactics I used in this game to facilitate this “free game” and get the deals you saw. Don’t limit your ability to learn things that maybe you don’t know or see due to your own inexperience and ability - I will be happy to punish anyone who thinks that way. ❤

@Funglutton you're 100% right. Dandy played this game perfectly and did everything he was supposed to. But his opponents constantly fed him trades despite an obvious lead while also not robbing him. This while we all knew he had road all along. When you have the best production and get robbed the least its not difficult. Its a layup. Dandy controls the narrative in every game and for whatever reason people lap it up.

9411 allows me to extend for road (4 roads, 1 from LR) while picking up a settle spot. The end result is more or else the same as I will have to drop a certain amount of roads anyways. Game ended 10 6 6 5… How much more domination do you want? 😂
