Dough: (diameter 20 cm)
Egg yolks - 3 pcs
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
Butter - 90 grams (3.17 oz)
Flour - 270 grams (9.52 oz)
Baking powder - 1 tsp
cherry layer:
Cherries (I have frozen) - 500 grams (17.63 oz)
Sugar - 4 tablespoons
Cornstarch - 2 tbsp
Cream - soufflé:
Egg whites - 3 pcs
Sugar - 3 pcs
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Natural yogurt (sour cream) - 400 grams (14.10)
Cornstarch - 2 tbsp
Bake at 170°C (338~°F) 45 - 50 minutes
