It's so delicious that I cook it almost every year! An incredibly quick and easy Christmas cake! An epic flour and gluten free cake recipe! This is a great option for a fun birthday cake made with staples from the pantry. This cake is even tastier than the famous Royal Cake! ► Recipe and ingredients:
400 g roasted walnuts
Allow to cool slightly
150 g raisins, cover with warm water
10 eggs
put the egg yolks in the refrigerator
add a pinch of salt to the egg white
10 g vanilla sugar
300 g powdered sugar
60 g corn starch

Divide the dough into 3 parts

190 g butter, room temperature

Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to stabilize the cream
