@93CFD You are worried about keeping it clean? They aren't hard to keep clean... just flush the engine, wash the outside like you would a car, and hose off the trailer... maybe wipe everything down every once in a while.

Looks like fun, still no match for the Apache 41 jumping waves in 7-8 foot seas. The CB’s look too heavy in the tail. Tail smacking in 2-3 foot seas. You’d crack those boats in half were they running side by side with the Apache 41 in 7-8 foot seas. Yet to see a video that can match the Apache.

teoraticaly spekin its simple to jump on waves...i have a primatist 23 - 280 hp - more like 250 hp coz its since 1985...but still runnin good...but...the point is when you come on the wave you wait untill the boat has crossed it till half...and on the half you put more gas...and thats it...the thing is you already know that the boat is more in the air the mroe he is goin fast....thats why he jump when puttin more gas when half boat or more is in the air...but these affects the sterndrives...

@Wedabest55 na the hull wont break this easy hell this guy floored his boat up on shore and the hull was still good, and the engine is on the inside of the boat secured down so tht wont get fucked up and i dont think it will damage props really boats are kinda made for this lol :D it is rly fun ridin on ruff days

lol they jump like that because the ocean isnt flat . those look like 2 - 5 ft rollers. running at 70 to 80 mph with the trim tabs up for speed. imagine driving a car at 80 over 4 ft ramps. used to have 1 back in 78

Wow. 16 and has a boat that will outrun everybody. The name of this song is "Jump"

this is why there are always 2 pilots in those boats.... one for steering, and the other one for the throttles... as the props get out of the water, he must shut the throttles, and then only open up again when they are back in the water... else you strip those props like nothing.... very difficult and the teamwork there is like none other...
