Split into digits, keep in vector, implement addition and multiplication. Why was it an urgent question though?

@@Errichto2 Thank you for your answer, I was doing some kind of practice, and I got Wrong answer as result many times, I was sure that my code was right, when I did checked the input file I founded that the numbers were huge. Can you please mention that in one of your videos and if you can implement the addition. by the way I did some research and fund that many people on contests websites struggle with such issue Thank you sir.
