Often we all deal with feelings of guilt throughout our lives. Dr. Gabor Mate helps us learn more about guilt and confronting our guilt to help us begin a healthier state. Did you know that one of the best ways to help us deal with our emotions is to label and identify how we are feeling. Can we recognize our guilt? Do we know when we feel guilt or frustrated or irritated? Pay attention to your feelings and name them. That’s a great first step.
