Finally a Contra game that actually looks like a Contra game.

I’ve always loved the Contra franchise. It’s like they rolled Terminator, Predator, Alien, and Rambo all into one.

My grandpa and I would play this on the NES when I was a child. He’s recently passed and I want to say…. This came at the perfect timing. Thank you for this ❤️❤️❤️

I actually started playing the Contra series with Alien Wars then went back and played the first two, but Contra 3 was always my favourite. This trailer gave me chills of nostalgia! 😁

The second I saw Wayforward all my anxiety melted away. Contra 4 on the ds is one of the best in the series. Glad to see them back.

WayForward is one of my top “can’t miss” devs. They’ve never steered me wrong.

It looks great like the original, but it's a shame that it is not available for pc or Playstation 😢 I would love to play it.

Wayforward's Contra 4 was a SPECTACULAR Contra game--best possible studio to handle a new entry in the series. HAS to be that classic gameplay and feel, and who better?

As someone who loved and grew up with the old NES game, it's great to see Contra like this, getting back the sidescrolling shoot-everything-you-see tight action of the classics ...But will there be the Konami Code?

I guest this Contra is a reboot. Lance< Bills partner guy in red died in war. Lance somehow got resurrected and joined the Aliens. Bill had another partner female named Lucia. Who then betrayed him. His current partner is suppose to be samurai.
