10 years later and Luigis Mansion 2 aged like a fine wine, dope game

This game was my child hood. So glad that it gets a remaster! Edit: cant believe people are getting mad over a kid like me enjoying stuff. Grow up. I will be over here enjoying my funny spooky Luigi game.

My father has been really excited about this remaster. He loved watching me play Luigi's Mansion and Luigi's Mansion 3 on his 70-inch TV in his man cave. He wanted to see the second entry on the big screen, too, so this would brighten his day. I also have fond memories of playing this game on launch day. I can't wait to relive my fond memories with the remaster!

This is easily one of the most underrated mario series games. It's so charming, it's fun, the puzzle solving is great, and I'm so glad this is getting a remaster

It’s nice to see some Dark Moon love, and I’m glad E.Gadd gets more appreciation but we need a Luigi’s Mansion 1 remaster to have the whole trilogy on the Switch.

Man this game is amazing. I just recently played through the game again after I saw this and it was one of the most fun playthroughs I’ve ever had in any game. So much charm and very fun level designs. So happy to see this going to the switch.

Now we really need a Luigi's Mansion 1 remaster so all of them are on the same console.

Funny how theu changed it from Dark Moon to 2 now but regardless this game was amazing! Nice to see it comeback as I loved playing it a lot back when it came out as a kid. Good time!

I think this has it's own charm, it's definitely not the original, but it's got it's own identity, I think that's what's so great about each installment, they all have their own unique strengths and weaknesses (tho personally I say the original has the least amount of weaknesses, but still has them) I'm genuinely happy with getting a remake of Dark Moon

WOW Luigi’s Mansion Dark Moon is my favorite game on my Nintendo 2DS. It was also the first game I bought and beat on my 2DS. Now it’s on The Nintendo Switch for even more fun. I’m guessing at some point Luigi’s Mansion from the Nintendo GameCube will also make it’s way to The Nintendo Switch.

Best Luigi’s Mansion game, my childhood. i LOVE the mission system it works perfectly for this game. I hate how overhated it is for being different from the rest of the series. It by far has the best ghost catching system too imo, it’s VERY frantic and fun. Also the scarescraper SOLOS LM3’s.

Pretty hyped for this one, never beat it on the original 3Ds so I’m glad I have another chance in 2024!

The original Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon was one of my all-time favorite 3DS games ever, so to say that I'm beyond stoked for this remaster would be an understatement. I can't wait to blast through the game again on the Switch!

No “Dark Moon” subtitle this time? Boy this is going to be confusing for western players. For those who are somehow unaware the European version of this game was just called Luigi’s Mansion 2 while the version we got in the west was Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon. This caused many players in the west to be confused when the 3rd game Luigi’s Mansion 3 came out since many assumed that Dark Moon was a spin-off rather than a main entry in the series. Now I guess that Nintendo is seeking to rectify this by removing the subtitle all together. Although, I feel doing this may just confuse western players even more. Now they may not realize that this game is a HD version of Dark Moon. If I were the one calling the shots at Nintendo I would have named the game “Luigi’s Mansion 2: Dark Moon HD” just to clear up the confusion once and for all.

MAKE IT COME OUT ALREADY I CANT WAIT 10 MONTHS

I remember when I first played this game, wasn't too fond of it and preferred the first game overall. But as I got more and more into it, I started to love the seriousness and the gameplay mechanics of it, and the story was really starting to bring me in also. And I also have good memories of spending time with my little brother on it together, back then when we would actually play games together and we would be gamers together. A great childhood experience, and hope more could have a happy experience playing it as well.

I remember playing this for hours on my 3DS as a kid, it was a great game with great level designs, great music and the final boss was epic. Watching this trailer made me nostalgic But you should have released this game this year to coincide with the 2013 game

Imagine that like, you beat the game, credits finish up, you get the polterpup scene, and then after.. it fades to black. Suddenly, a message pops up on the screen in a green, goo-like text box. It reads "You can now play Luigi's Mansion 1", and prompts you to press "a".

Even in HD its just as beautiful as i last saw it :)
