Karrueche seems like the sweetest girl! I love this!! Her laugh is so infectious. And she is so talented whether modelling or acting, I feel Karrueche has been super low key one of the best and needs more time to shine. I mean she has a few darn Emmys so folks need to give this girl some credit for working hard and making her dreams come true on her own. No famous family. Worked in retail. Got discovered while working at a dept store. Landed some model gigs. Then acting gigs. Then launched her own jewlery line and clothing collabs. I respect Kae for working so hard for everything she now has earned and proven to be a bona fide talent but also just a darn good person. Major respect for you Karrueche.

Shrimp Tacos and Guacamole: Ingredients: • 2 pounds fresh shrimp • 4 cups diced organic onions • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese • 2 cups organic cilantro • 1 cup shredded green onion • 3 organic limes • Sour cream • Canola oil • 3 organic avocados • Fresh salsa • Onion powder • 2 tbsp olive oil • Old Bay seasoning • 4 cups diced tomatoes. • Taco shells (not mentioned in ingredients slide for some reason :P ) Cooking Instructions: 1. Prepare your avocados, dice your onions, get a couple lime slices ready, shred your green onion, chop your cilantro, and dice the tomatoes. 2. The shrimp should *already* be peeled and deveined, cut each shrimp into 3 pieces. 3. Take the Old Bay and onion powder and season the shrimp. Make sure the shrimp is evenly coated and mix it. 4. This recipe uses olive oil, but I’m curious if coconut oil would work for coconut shrimp. 5. Add some onion, tomato, and cilantro to the pan with your oil of choice and cook until they become translucent (approx 3 minutes). 6. Add the shrimp to the pan, and mix it all together. The shrimp will take about 5 minutes to cook or is ready when it turns orange. During this step, feel free to start frying your taco shells if you’d like. Each shell will probably simmer for about 30 seconds~. Keep turning your shells over so they do not fry too much on one side. 7. Go over to your avocados and add some onions, cilantro, tomatoes, and squeeze some lime juice into the guac (to taste). Season with Onion powder and mash together the mixture until smooth. 8. Prepare your tacos and enjoy!
