🍪Breads with Provencal herbs
200 g flour (7 oz)
4 g salt (1/2 tsp.)
1/2 tsp dried herbs
50 ml olive oil (1.7 fl.oz)
100 ml water (3.3 fl.oz)
🍪Prepare the breads.
Mix the flour, salt and provincial herbs.
Add water and olive oil. Knead the dough.
Cover the dough with clingfilm and leave for an hour.
Divide the dough into pieces about the size of a walnut, roll out on parchment in the shape of a thin "tongue".
Transfer to a baking tray, bake in a preheated 350F oven with convection until cooked (5-10 minutes).
