Custom Cell Phone Case

Just wanted to give you guys an idea of what I’m working on. This is a prototype for a custom cellphone case for the iPhone. This cellphone case is out of pine but the next one will be epoxy.
Epoxy I use, pour up to 2" thick amzn.to/3HLzbsj

It's polycarbonate acrylic would have most likely cracked being cut like that.

Consider using polycarbonate instead of acrylic. Acrylic is brittle. Also, use mineral oil when working with plastics. You'll see a difference. I like the holder though.

How are you going to use your volume buttons or your power button? Plug in some head phones or use your rear facing camera? It cost you more ruining that plexiglass than it would had you bought the case that fit it from Amazon.
