I think David often thinks his audience will get tired of him but we all just want more David in his content . Don’t stop the vlogs , add more of yourself in them

I am absolutely touched on this Christmas morning to read this comment section. Love hearing your thoughts on the vlogs and podcast. But what I see is how much you all love David and how supportive you guys are. And it really helps me to have David hear this kind of love. So he understands what he means to all of us. i’m genuinely saddened by how Jason feels. I love him so much he honestly feels like the dad i never had, so to hear him say that he feels like he doesn’t have a place with them is honestly so heartbreaking. I understand what he’s saying though, it just hurts to know he feels that way. He had a great run and hopefully he’ll keep going, but if he doesn’t I’m sure we’ll all understand. I just hope he’s happy man, he’s great and deserves so much for everything he’s been through.

I feel for Jason. Much love. It's perfectly fine to have insecurities, especially when you hang with the types of people he hangs with...but Jason offers such an important role in their lives.

That was mad honest, and quite brave for Jason to put himself out there like that, knowing how much everyone loves Dave and the vlogs. But I think I get it, where they're both coming from. There's this element of 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it' - The vlogs are class, yes they've moved down a gear a bit recently but, I can only imagine that's due to Daves life changing up a gear, which is nice to see. That's the purpose of the vlogs and the work they do, right? career progression? They can't just stagnate professionally because we love the work they do. And I get why Dave's apprehensive about putting a stop to the vlogs. It's what he does best, the thing we love, the thing that got him to where he is today, that's a huge risk for him to just stop doing them. On the other hand, Jason has quite literally a lifetime of experience on the rest of the guys. Jason has absolutely watched great things run their course at points in his life, and the experience gives him that altered out look, right? The Glory Days, they've had them, Dave said it himself, looking back they were hilarious, they were amazing, 'let's move, regroup, re focus. What we had was great, and it's ours, no one can take that away from us, and along the way we've made some amazing friends and a wealth of happy memories, that are so well documented' - is where I feel he's coming from. And I respect that, big time. I do hope if they stop the vlogs, that in years to come, they're compiled and released on a streaming platform of sorts, maybe when UKposts up's their game? Stay true to your roots, don't bite the hand that feeds you sort of thing.

I enjoy both, but the vlogs are on a different level totally. The whole gang, the pranks, the content is just leaps and bounds beyond what anyone else has done on this platform. Jason is a pivotal part of the squad, if not one of the main characters. He is, without disrespect to any of you, the more gifted, out of all when it comes to pure comedy.

I think David is at a point where he can just post vlogs when he wants, as he has been doing. We don’t need them once a week or within a certain time frame but they are refreshing and really make people happy. I do think Dave and J could really take this pod cast further with more focus. More guests, some games, just more planning. Seems very last minute currently

I feel like David making his vlogs longer and showing more of a relaxed and comfy side to the them is a greater way to switch it up from the usually short and filled with excitement vlogs

Here’s a question: Why do you have to stop vlogging? Yes, they can take time to put together but I feel like through every endeavor of your life, you have vlogged and still kept adding new chapters through your life. Vlogging has helped capture those chapters and gives you something to reflect on as you go from one thing to the next. Maybe you won’t be able to vlog as often as you take on more and move onto the next chapter of your life, but vlogging along the way seems achievable! I think Ilya made the best point, the podcast is a compliment to the vlog.

Looking at David on the chair and remembering his goal of having his own show after speaking on Fallon, I agree with Jason. I believe that David could put more effort into his podcast and maybe transform it into a late night show concept on UKposts where his millions of fans can wait to see the next episode or show. This can include bringing celebrity guests, games, questions and such but it could also be wrapped around the Vlog Squad Family where the viewers who watch already know the deal. This “show” is a late night show and it doesn’t have to have a fixed schedule. The vlogs should still continue during with lots of footage from the day. Hopefully this gets noticed. I love everything you guys do.

I was so sad during the pandemic when the vlogs paused. I couldn’t imagine them being completely gone! I rewatch them ALL the time and just by reading everyone’s comments I think we can all agree it’s brought so many people happiness. But what makes us the most happy, is you happy. We trust your vision and will continue to support whatever direction you go. (Hopefully that’s continued vlogs and podcasts).

I loveee the vlogs, when I watch them i feel like I’m there with you guys. This is gonna sound weird but your vids from a viewers point makes me motivated to go out and get my friends group together have some parties and enjoy my life. I love listening to the podcast, but if I was just sitting on my bed chilling it would be that last thing I would listen to. But when im working out I REALLY love listening to y’all’s crazy stories. It makes me feel like im apart of the friend group and making memories. I understand the whole putting the seal in the videos so it will come in waves but I love seeing people up-to-date lives; what are they doing right now? The vlogs give a good in side scoop of your life and trust me if I had a life like yours I would film every second of it. Please keep vlogging and keeping up with the podcast 🤍

I think David's gift is directing and being behind the camera so I see why just podcasting wouldn't seem as fulfilling. From Vines came Vlogs so who knows what capturing funny moments on video will evolve into next. I think keeping an open mind while still doing what he excels most at is smart.

Why I think you should continue doing the Podcast AND the Vlogs: for me personally both of them couldn’t exist without each other because they’re complementing each other. The way I see it is the vlog is literally the funniest part of my week and the podcast episode gives me a look behind the scenes and a way to kind of hang out with the people I look up to and the people who keep entertaining me. I don’t know if this made sense and if anyone will ever read this, but I just think that both the vlog and the podcast are essential to me and to many others.

This was such a good podcast from start to finish. Jason, what you were saying at the beginning made me so sad because you’re such an integral part of this group. It just wouldn’t be the same without you. David loves you and we love you. I can’t even begin to explain what this podcast meant to me in 2020 and still means to me today. I’ve spent countless hours listening to the podcasts while working on puzzles, doing dishes, driving in the car, and on my lunch break. You guys are relatable, insightful, entertaining, hilarious, and inspiring. Listening to David, Jason, and Natalie all sitting in a room giving their different opinions on things and talking mad shit to each other is my favorite but I also love getting to know the rest of the friend group to. Y’all make me laugh on bad days and I always wish I could be a part of your conversations. David, you’re mad talented and I love all of your content. The podcasts are my absolute favorite but you should always do whatever makes you feel best. I personally appreciate every bit of content you’ve given us and know that someday you all will probably go off in different directions in life so I’ll hold tight to what we already have and stay hopeful about what’s to come!

I feel like there could be a hybrid of the vlogs and the podcast. honestly, think overall the vlogs are just so nice to be apart of y’all’s life. I just recently started listening to the podcast and I like them but I always love the jokes that come with the vlogs or seeing alex pop up on someone’s birthday.

I've rewatched your vlogs literally hundreds and hundreds of times, just like people who watch their favorite sitcom episodes. You are all great, and we just want the vlogs to keep coming. The podcast is nice too, and I agree it should be more polished, and not just random rambling. Stories could be great for the podcast, special guests are great too, whatever- you'll figure it out.

Your vlogs have gotten me threw so much. I’m constantly rewatching them to feel the pure joy of the moment. It’s such cayos that it takes away from the cayos of my life. You’ve gotten me threw breakups, family member losses and this pandemic. No matter how sad I am your vlogs have always put a smile on my face. I couldn’t imagine never seeing a new vlog again or any type of videos from you. I never realize how much I love them until they go on pause.

I came to the podcast mainly to here more about the behind the scenes of the vlogs and everyones lives! This pod cast is awesome but the podcast is, in my opinion, only so great because I feel like the thing you guys talk about I’ve somewhat experienced with you through the vlogs! I love the podcasts honestly. I’m a cosmetology student and I would much rather listen to you guys talk about literally nothing than music while I’m working on my mannequin heads or doing laundry or whatever. Or even when I’m driving or doing my makeup. Its much more entertaining than music or whatever else.

I love how personal the podcast videos feel, I truly feel like I’m in the room hangin with y’all. I think it would be cool to focus more on the podcast video show type thing with more guests and maybe segments of footage outside of the studio with everyone doing things. That way there is still something to watch for people who prefer videos. It could be the jimmy Fallon of UKposts. Who said a talk show had to be on tv? 🤷🏻

I agree that the podcast could totally be the “only thing” for awhile, but I feel like it would need to go back to just Jason and David shooting the sh** for 45 minutes. Their chemistry is what made the whole thing work to begin with and that first year or two were my absolute favorite episodes. Love the occasional appearance from another friend, but definitely miss the one-on-one vibe.

Jason is spot on - I would argue that your content can mature as you and your audience mature. Your audience wants more of you - to Jason's point and watching you interact with your team and other celebrities is great content. Especially given the youtube platform that allows for longform answers and discussions. The future could include live interviews, event casting (NYE, etc).

I first came across David’s vlogs when he had only three posted and I have been watching them ever since. I have NEVER got tired of watching them. In fact every time I see a new video posted I get so excited because it always puts me in a good mood, or makes me laugh. When the Vlogs were on pause due to covid I would check every week and think ‘dam still not up yet :(‘ and I remember how great it felt seeing that comeback vlog. David you’re a creative genius and the work you put out is truly great to watch. I guess to put it the best way you will understand it; your Vlogs is like how you feel about marvel movies. Epic and timeless. And Jason, I have always loved you in the Vlogs. You’re hilarious and add a great flare to the Vlogs. I love how you take care of the rough situations and sooth them over with a joke or changing subject, and I love overall your character. Please don’t stop the Vlogs. Yes I love the podcast because I get to see more of david and hear more of david (same for everyone else) but I also love to see the rest of your life. I seriously love the podcasts, especially the video ones you guys post here, they're not too long so that it's hard to watch, they're always incredibly entertaining and absolutely hilarious. I completely agree with what J was saying about the fact that we as an audience love to see and hear more about David and all his friends, childhood or recent. It's like I'm sitting and talking to my friends about our memories together and to be watching that it's incredibly refreshing. I personally love the podcasts and prefer them over a short 6-minute comedy video, because although they're entertaining, I love the personality that shines through the that you can only really get from the podcast, and I love that its a mix of everyones opinion, J's, Natalies, Il's as well as Joe too. Just my opinion but I love most things that you guys put out, and I can't wait for Doughbriks! ❤

You dismissed it whenever anyone tried to tell you how much your work mattered, and how many lives you've touched. The vlogs you've made will stand the test of time. They're a modern day sitcom like Friends that people rewatch for comfort. Just see how much your old vlogs views went up during the pandemic. You comforted so many people during trying times! If you want to put a bow on the vlogs and move on to attempting your passion projects, I wholeheartedly support you. And I hope you throw a long, extravagant vlog before you go. Personally, I think you have a good year of professional vlogging left in you. And I think you should ALWAYS continue to make vlogs here and there, maybe just not on a schedule anymore.

This will never be seen but I’ve been listening to the podcasts since the first episodes every single week. I’ve never stopped, and it’s one of my comfort things in my life. Film creating and making content is David’s talent and I would love to continue to see that, but having maybe 2 podcasts a week or having more guests on would be amazing 💞
