Those gloves were Winnings too. They are filled with a very protective foam meant to prevent hand injury unlike Grants or Cleto Reyes that are pretty much an easily movable horsehair glove that's meant to hurt an opponent.

as a Tank fan i was scared for Leo from the second he took the fight. i knew LSC was gonna do exactly this, stand in the line of fire with little head movement and trade shots. i could tell stylistically he was gonna be a sitting duck. Great fight, Leo came for war like always, unfortunately, his opponent came for a tactical bombing.
