Just to show the magnitude of this play, the great Jerry Rice was one of the first of many 49er players to run to the enzone and celebrate Deion's pick 6. Unquestionably an iconic moment in sports.

@@Kindaserious365 Had Deion won a 3rd Super bowl in the 90's, I'm pretty sure people would exalt him as a top 5 player all time, If not the best. 49ers Deion is the best by far. This is the Deion that you put on the best teams assembled for the top 22 players of all time (44 if we have subs).

I've been saying the same thing for years. No one brings this team up in greatest discussions. Once they got their early season issues worked out, they were a buzz saw the rest of that season. I am not even a 9ers fan and enjoyed watching this team. It was something you rarely see.

Fun Fact....I'm from Atlanta and the truth came out that the then Falcons owners (The Smith Family) traded Deion not because they couldn't afford him any further, but they didn't want to hold him back from playing with a better team and have more of an opportunity to win a Super Bowl ring. Deion didn't find that out until later on, he was hurt because he loved the City of Atlanta, but he appreciated in the end in what occurred. 🤷
