Muscle weighs more than fat remember. while Ryan looks softer and skinnier so he might make weight easier than Haney. Haney looks like the one that's extra dehydrated. In His last bout he outweighed Regis by 8 lbs fight night and gaining 25lbs all together after weigh in. My money will be on Haney having harder time making weight more so than ryan.
