It’s telling and a testimony to Eddie Hearn’s razor sharp skill as a gamesman, that he managed in the same speech to lavish Haney with his deserved praise while admitting that he didn’t beat Lomachenko. He builds the fight up then says Haney moved up after taking on that big challenge. There’s a difference between accepting that Haney won the fight against Loma versus Haney beat Loma. Cos that ain’t what happened. Props to both these champions for making it happen.

Idk about better than the ufc… we just had 298 which was a good card, fight night Mexico was good and both 299 and 300 are stacked cards. We got 3 great card in a row with 300 being awesome from prelims on. But boxing has been doing better with their match ups for sure.
